Back in the "old" days of 2002, if a notary signing agent wanted to be a mentor and help other notaries they filled out a form on the 50 State Notary website and their comments were posted to the Notary Mentor Board. But this process proved to be a failure because unscrupulous people used the contact information for the Notary Mentors to send them tons of spam email. Eventually, the problem became so bad that 50 State Notary had to take down the Notary Mentor Board to protect the Mentors from further harrassment.
But now, 50 State Notary offers you a way to share your experiences with other notary signing agents without the fear of spam email. You simply call in and record your experiences and your audio is distributed to members of the Notary Club. By sharing your good and bad experiences with other notary publics you can benefit 100s of people rather than just one or two.

You can also use this free service to hold notary meetings and conferences. One person will log in as the Moderator so they can make the recording. Everyone else will log in with the Bridge Number only. You can hold meetings with up to 100 people at no cost.
How To Record Your Audio

A recording will come on and ask for your Bridge Number: 737764 |

The recording will ask you to enter your Moderator PIN: 7621 |

Press the number "5" and the STAR (*) on your telephone to BEGIN recording. |

Start the recording by providing the following information:
a. Your name (or company name) - feel free to give your company a "plug"
b. Your city and state name
c. Brief background information as to your experience.
Sample: Hello, my name is Jack Sprat. I am a notary signing agent in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I have been a notary since 1998 and a notary signing agent since 2004. I would like to tell you about an experience I had that I believe may help you when you encounter the same situation. (Then, tell your story.)
